JOHNNY BESSETTI 
2 lb. bite size pork
2 lb. bite size beef
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. stalk celery
2 lg. onions, chopped med. size
1 lb. noodles
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. can mushrooms
2-3 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Season pork and beef and brown. Saute celery and onions in butter. Cook noodles. Mix all ingredients and add tomatoes, mushrooms, and Kitchen Bouquet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

This recipe freezes well and will serve 12-14 people. I usually serve it with salad and garlic bread. It has really been a hit with my friends through the years.
