1 box butter yellow cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drain (save juice)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all together, except juice from oranges. Bake 25 minutes in 3 pans at 325 degrees. Pour juice from oranges on top of cake after it is cooked.

ICING:

16 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all together and ice cake between layers and on top and sides after cake cools completely.
