BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. bags frozen cauliflower & broccoli
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/2 c. flour
2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. longhorn cheese, cubed

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Thaw and drain vegetables. Put veggies in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sugar and Parmesan cheese. Pour cheese sauce over veggies. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, uncovered.

SAUCE: Put flour in 1 quart saucepan; add milk gradually to flour to make a smooth paste. Add all milk slowly. On low heat, stir constantly until thickened. Add butter. Add cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
