BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup or any creamed soup will work
1 pkg. frozen tater tots

Pat ground beef into bottom of 9 x 9 inch baking dish, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the mixed vegetables. Distribute soup on top of veggies. Do not dilute soup. Then arrange tater tots in neat rows on top to cover soup and veggies. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Frozen or canned onion rings may be added on top during last minutes of baking. These times and proportions may vary according to amount baked. This can be adjusted according to your needs.
