1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
1/3 c. water
3/4 c. chocolate frosting

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix half of cake mix (dry), the butter, brown sugar, water and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining mix and nuts, spread in pan. Bake 20 minutes.
