2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt. Add butter and water. Cook to boil. Lower heat and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
