HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 c. sugar
2 sq. Bakers unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. water or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter

Melt together sugar, chocolate, and water or milk. Bring to a soft boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt and butter.
