CHICKEN BREAST AND ZUCCHINI 
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lg. zucchini
1 lg. can mushrooms
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 boneless breast halves

Slice zucchini into round 1/2 inch slices and place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Lay chicken breast on top of zucchini.

Brown onion in oil. Add rest of ingredients except mushrooms and cheese. Pour sauce over chicken and zucchini. Sprinkle mushrooms over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes uncovered. Lay Swiss cheese on top last few minutes of baking. Serves 6. Serve with noodles or rice.
