1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix above ingredients and press in the bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 of 9 oz. tub of Cool Whip

Beat and spread over crust.

TOP LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Beat until smooth and pour over middle layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top and grate chocolate bar over top. NOTE: Substitute 2 packages instant lemon pudding and leave of grated chocolate.
