1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 c. mushroom soup, not diluted 1 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Combine beef and milk. Divide meat mixture into 5 patties. Flatten patties on waxed paper to a 6" circle. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each. Draw meat around stuffing completely. Seal. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. In saucepan, combine soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and heat until bubbly. Pour sauce over meat. Bake, uncovered 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
