BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
12 blintzes (any flavors)
1/8 lb. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
9x11 pyrex dish

Place blintzes in pyrex dish. Drizzle over and under them with melted butter. Blend remaining ingredients in blender or food processor 1 minute. Pour over blintzes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
