BLINTZ SOUFFLE | |
8 blintzes, lightly browned 1 stick butter, melted 6 eggs 2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 4 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. orange peel, grated 2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. sugar Spray 2 quart casserole with non-stick spray. Place Blintzes in crisscross layers. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. |
