BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. blintzes
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven until top starts to brown.
