BLINTZ SOUFFLE | |
12 frozen Blintzes 1/4 lb. butter 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar 1 pt. sour cream 1 pinch salt Melt butter into Pyrex pan. Lay frozen blintzes into pan. In a large bowl beat eggs and add vanilla, sugar, sour cream and salt. Pour mixture over blintzes. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
