PIZZA POT PIE 
1 c. milk
3 c. baking mix
8 oz. tomato sauce
Oregano
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Any of your favorite pizza toppings (ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion)

Add milk to baking mix to make dough. Roll out on floured surface and make two crusts. Place crust on greased pizza pan; save other crust for top. Pour tomato sauce on bottom crust and spread evenly.

Brown ground beef or sausage in pan along with any vegetable toppings. Drain fat and spread evenly on top of sauce. Spread Mozzarella, Parmesan and oregano on top of filling. Place remaining crust on top and crimp edges to bottom crust. Place in 375 degree oven and bake until top crust is light brown. Cut and serve after cooling.
