1 roll frozen bread dough

Let thaw and roll out. Takes about 3 to 4 hours. Shredded Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese or both

Fry sausage, drain very well. Roll out dough. May cut in half and roll out, it makes it easier to handle. Put drained sausage in center of dough. Add cheese. Roll up, put end face down on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. 1 roll serves about 5 or 6 adults.
