CHICKEN FAJITAS 
Juice of 4 limes
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 lg. sliced onions
2 lg. red, yellow or green peppers, sliced
2 pkgs. flour tortillas (6 inch) at room temperature

GARNISH:

Sour cream
Guacamole
Grated Cheddar
Chopped tomato
Shredded lettuce

Combine lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in large bowl. Mix well. Marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 2 hours.

Preheat broiler or prepare charcoal or gas grill. Broil or grill breasts until cooked, about 10 minutes.

Saute onions and peppers in 4 tablespoons olive oil with remaining salt and pepper until onions are translucent. Slice chicken breasts when cooked and serve with garnishes and tortillas. Let people build their own fajitas and enjoy. Serves 6.
