PECAN CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg until smooth. Pour mixture into unbaked 10" pastry crust. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups pecans. In another bowl, blend eggs, corn syrup, vanilla and the 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Gently pour mixture over nuts. Bake on center rack 50 to 60 minutes, until center is just set and pastry is golden. Cool on wire rack.
