CHICKEN CHOW MEIN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 c. bean sprouts or 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. Ranch dressing
Pepper, garlic salt
Lettuce
Slivered toasted almonds

Combine meat, rice, vegetables, and salad dressing. Toss lightly. Add pepper to taste; chill. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl and top with slivered toasted almonds. Yield 5 servings approximately 300 calories per serving.
