1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch of salt

Mix eggs, butter, and sugar. Pour rest in gradually. Add any food coloring you want. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees or 8 minutes.
