PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 c. seedless dark raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. In medium bowl combine salad oil, water, eggs and pumpkin; stir until mixed well. In plastic bag, combine raisins, pecans and 2 tablespoons flour. Shake until coated.

In large bowl combine remaining flour and all other ingredients. Add liquid; mix well. Stir in raisins. Spoon into pans. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes two loaves - 18 slices each. 200 calories per slice.
