PEPPER STEAK 
4 green bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
2 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, and paprika
1/4 c. beef broth
Parsley, chopped
4 veal fillets
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. oil

Saute peppers in butter. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the beef broth; simmer for 15 minutes. Add chopped parsley. Sprinkle veal with ground black pepper and press into the meat. Fry the veal fillets in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Combine sauteed peppers and meat.
