CRAB GIOVANNI 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
2 to 3 c. crab (fresh best or a good canned one)
1/2 c. sliced and stuffed green olives
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. can tomatoes, broken in pieces
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil

Melt butter in skillet and slowly saute onions, mushrooms and garlic until tender. Combine remaining ingredients with onion mixture and stir until well mixed. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
