CRAB GIOVANNI 
About 4 oz. spaghetti
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 can (9 oz.) crab meat
1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes, cut up
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Melt butter at medium low flame. When butter is hot, add onion, mushrooms and garlic and saute until onion yellows. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole, cover and bake in oven for 1 hour. Serves 6.
