STIR AND DROP SUGAR COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. Crisco oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, add to egg mixture. Dough will be soft. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press cookies flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
