MINT BROWNIES 
6 sq. baking chocolate
3 sticks plus 2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. flour
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
Drop of green food coloring

BROWNIES:

Melt 4 squares chocolate and 2 sticks butter. In separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and 2 cups sugar. Add 1 cup flour and then add chocolate mixture. Pour all in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (don't overbake). Cool.

TOPPING:

Mix 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 stick softened butter, 3 tablespoons creme de menthe syrup and a little green food coloring. Spread over cooked brownies and refrigerate.

GLAZE:

Melt 2 squares chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter. Drizzle over brownies. Best refrigerated.
