MOM'S ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. egg
3 3/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in large mixer bowl with warm water. Heat next 3 ingredients until just lukewarm (butter need not be fully melted). Add to yeast with egg and 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes scraping sides of bowl. Stir remaining flour. Don't knead, cover with Saran Wrap, let rise until double.

Makes 15 equal balls in greased 9x13 inch pan. Let rise 45 minutes covered with towel or Saran Wrap. Bake 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Be sure bottoms are done. Grease hands while working with dough!
