PIZZA FRUIT PLATTER 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 env. (20 oz.) dessert topping mix or Cool Whip
1 pt. strawberries, half, reserve 7 whole strawberries for center
1 can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) pineapple spears, drained
2 doz. seedless green grapes
1 banana, peeled & sliced

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 12 inch round pizza pan with aluminum foil, grease and flour square pan 9 x 9 x 2 inch. Combine half of the cake mix (dry mix) the water, eggs, butter and brown sugar in the mixing bowl, mix thoroughly. Blend in remaining cake mix. Fold in the nuts.

Divide batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake 12 in cake, 15-20 minutes and 9 inch pan 20-25 minutes. Cool and remove round cake from pan. Prepare topping mix as directed on package and spread over round cake.

Arrange fruits in circular pattern over topping. Start with halved strawberries on the outer edge, then arrange pineapple spears, grapes, banana slices and end with reserved whole strawberries in center. Refrigerate until serving time.
