MANDARIN ORANGE PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can drained mandarin oranges
Cool Whip (opt.)

Beat lemon juice into milk until thick (DO NOT USE electric mixer; spoon works well). Add drained oranges. Pour into shell and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with Cool Whip if desired.
