BANANAS FOSTER 
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced diagonally in about 6 pieces (lg.)
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp. banana liqueur
1 oz. white rum or brandy
Vanilla ice cream

Melt brown sugar and butter in flat chafing dish or skillet. Add banana and saute until tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour banana liqueur and rum over all and flame. Baste with warm liquid until flame burns out. Serve immediately over 1 large scoop of ice cream per serving. Serves 4.
