Butter Brown sugar Rum Banana Brandy Vanilla ice cream Yields 4 servings. Melt butter and brown sugar into medium size frying pan. Add rum and stir into smooth liquid. Saute sliced bananas in liquid. Pour small quantity of brandy on banana in liquid and ignite. Pour flaming "heavenly potion" on vanilla ice cream and eat! Wow! (P.S. He simply measures by eye.) | |
