QUICK QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 baked 9" pie shell
8 slices raw bacon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. (1/4 lb.) Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble coarsely. Combine eggs, sour cream, salt, Worcestershire, cheese and onions. Add crumbled bacon.

Pour into baked pie shell. Bake 30-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes clean. If browned top is desired, place under preheated broiler 1-2 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serves 6.

Substitute: 1 (4 ounce) can cooked shrimp, drained and crumbled in place of the bacon.
