BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag of tater tots
16 oz. bag of broccoli
1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 cans mushroom soup, diluted
1/2 diced onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar

Make a layer of tater tots in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. It may not take the whole 2 pounds of tater tots. Partially cook the broccoli. Spread the broccoli on top, then the browned meat and onion. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Pour the soup over all, then top with the cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly brown, in a 350 degree oven. If you like the broccoli more tender, cook it until tender. If you prefer, add chopped green peppers along with the onion.
