SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter

Mix well and put in well-greased casserole dish.

For topping, cut butter into sugar, flour, pecans. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
