RICE AND CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. can Ortega chilies
1/2 to 1 c. milk
Salt
1/4 c. cheddar cheese as garnish

Cook rice in salted water. Add sour cream and chilies. Mix together and milk to loosen mixture. Garnish with cheddar cheese. Place at 350 degrees approximately 15 minutes until cheese is melted or microwave until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
