NEW RIVER CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef, drained well
1/4 tsp. black pepper
9 tsp. chili powder
5 c. tomatoes, blended in food processor
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (for a little zip)
1 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. bouillon powder (beef)
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 c. grated cheese for garnishing
1/2 c. uncooked macaroni

Cook macaroni in slightly salted water.

Brown beef; drain well; add pepper, onion, flour, bouillon, and chili powder.

Blend canned tomatoes in food processor.

Add tomatoes, pintos, kidney beans, seasoned salt, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.

Cook to thicken.

Add cooked macaroni; continue cooking until a little thicker.

Simmer for an hour for full flavor.

Serve hot, and garnish with grated cheese.
