CLUB CHICKEN OR TURKEY 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can milk (evaporated)
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
3 c. cooked rice
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. blanched almonds, slivered

To chicken add vegetables, rice and white sauce. Pour into greased 9x9x2-inch baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
