CHICKEN CLUB CROISSANTS 
4 croissants or hamburger buns
2 tbsp. creamy bacon, buttermilk, or other creamy salad dressing
1 sm. tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 oz. sliced, cooked chicken or turkey
4 oz. sliced Swiss or American cheese

Cut croissants or buns in half. With table knife spread some of the salad dressing on each. On cutting board, slice tomato into thin slices, then tear lettuce leaves to fit the croissant or hamburger buns. On the bottom half of each croissant or hamburger bun, place lettuce, chicken or turkey, and cheese. Top each with a tomato slice and the top half of the croissant or bun. Make 4 sandwiches.
