MICROWAVED QUICHE 
12 slices bacon (fried crisp) or you may use diced ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. diced onion
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. herb-seasoned or reg. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper-paprika

Layer bacon between paper towels on paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave High 8-9 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon and allow to cool.

Combine cheese and onion. Crumble bacon and mix with cheese. Sprinkle evenly over lightly greased 9 inch glass pie plate or quiche dish.

Combine milk, baking mix, egg, salt and pepper. Pour over bacon cheese mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high, uncovered, 12-14 minutes or until set, rotating dish 3 or 4 times. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
