LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE | |
1 lb. linguine 3 cloves garlic 1 c. butter 2 (7 oz.) cans chopped clams, undrained 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. basil Grated Parmesan cheese Saute garlic in butter over low heat until light brown. Remove garlic and add clams, parsley and basil. Keep on low heat while cooking linguine. After linguine is cooked and drained, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Pour clam sauce over linguine. |
