STUFFED TOMATOES 
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 green onions, chopped fine
1 c. thawed frozen peas
1/4 lb. small cooked shrimp
6 med. tomatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix cottage cheese, dill, mustard, and pepper until well combined. Fold in onions, peas and shrimp.

Core tomatoes. Separate each into 6 wedges cutting almost to but not through the bottom. Spread surface gently and salt cut surfaces. Divide cottage cheese mixture evenly among the 6 tomatoes.
