1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. diced pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped apricots, drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Few drops red food coloring
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese, mixing well until blended. Stir in fruit, sugar and food color. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan. Freeze. Can use 1 1/2 times the recipe to fill 2 quart mold.
