PARTY CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. toasted almonds, toast in oven until brown
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips and toss lightly. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and chips on top. Bake at 450 degrees 20 to 30 minutes.
