STUFFED PIZZA 
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 1/3 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
15 1/2 oz. jar pizza sauce
Your favorite pizza toppings
3/4 c. cold water
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish 13 x 9. Cook and drain sausage and ground beef. Set aside. Mix baking mix and water until dough forms. Divide into 2 parts, one slightly larger. On surface dusted with baking mix, roll larger portion of dough into rectangle 16 x 14. Place in dish. Press on bottom and up sides of dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; cover with 3/4 cup pizza sauce. Add meat mixture and other toppings. Cover with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Roll remaining dough into rectangle. Place over cheese in dish. Seal edges. Make small slits in top crust. Top with remaining cheese and sauce. Bake 22 to 25 minutes until brown.
