PANTRY RAID CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. raisins
3 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 lb. kielbasa, boiled
Poultry seasoning
Paprika

Saute garlic, onion and celery in olive oil. Put chicken into greased 9x13 inch pan. Cut up boiled kielbasa and add to onion mixture. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and poultry seasoning. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve with rice.
