1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
Poppy seeds
2 tbsp. sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix muffin ingredients in mixmaster. Pour into 22 muffin tins that have been well greased. Sprinkle poppy seeds and cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Remove and cool on wire racks.
