PEANUT BUTTER DESSERT 
2/3 c. nuts, chopped finely
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix ingredients together and put into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. prepared whipped topping
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and spread over crust.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Beat ingredients until thick and spread on first layer. Top with whipped topping and nuts.
