SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. shredded, cooked potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 11 x 7 baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
