PORK CHOP AND POTATO SCALLOP 
4 thick cut pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
4 sprigs parsley, chopped
Salt
Pepper
3 peeled potatoes, sliced in 1/4 inch slices

Brown pork chops in skillet. Blend 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup sour cream and parsley.

In casserole dish alternate layers of sliced potatoes (sprinkle with salt and pepper) and sauce. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees. Yield 4 servings.
