PORK CHOPS WITH SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
4 pork chops

Melt butter in large pan, add flour and salt; mix well and add milk. Cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix potatoes in sauce and pour into buttered baking dish. Arrange the seasoned pork chops on top of potatoes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
